Step 1.  Complete the preapproval intake form.

Step 2.  Complete an environmental questionnaire (case by case).

Step 3.  Your preliminary application, credit report and environmental questionnaire will be submitted to underwriting, requesting a Letter of Intent (LOI).

Step 4.  A Letter of Intent (LOI) will be extended.  You will receive a package with  the documents needed, the estimated costs and the terms of the loan.

Step 5.   Provide all documents requested in the LOI.

Step 6.    Review Commitment and provide any miscellaneous information.

Step 7.   Secure property, liability and any other applicable insurance.

Step 8.   Settlement
